Cancellation policy & returns

Dear customer,

We hope you're completely satisfied with your purchase from Livadora. If not, that's no problem at all—we make the return process as easy as possible for you.

Your right of withdrawal at a glance:

  • You have 14 days to return your purchase without giving any reason
  • The period begins when you or a person authorized by you has received the goods
  • A simple notification by email or letter is sufficient

How it works:

  1. Inform us about your revocation:
    • Please use the contact form
    • By mail to: Knafla & Rausch Ecom GbR, Erikastraße 74, 20251 Hamburg, Germany (No returns to this address)
    • You can simply contact us informally
  2. You will return the goods, insured and with tracking, to our return address at your own expense (please note that the shipping company also delivers to DHL parcel shops). You will receive this address from us following your cancellation notice.
  3. Your refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation notice using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Legal details (cancellation policy under German law):

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last item. This statutory right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers residing in the European Union. We grant customers from non-EU countries a right of return only in cases of voluntary goodwill.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Knafla & Rausch Ecom GbR, Erikastraße 74, 20251 Hamburg, Germany) by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

CONSEQUENCES OF REVOCATION

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your return shipment.
